Introduction

Welcome to JR Technology. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website design, development, digital marketing, and related services (“Services”). By engaging with JR Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

JR Technology offers web development, design, digital marketing, SEO, and other online business services. The scope of services will be defined in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement between JR Technology and the client.

Payment Terms

30-Day Grace Period: Clients will not be invoiced for services until 30 days after the project or service begins.

Billing in Arrears: After the initial 30-day period, all services are billed monthly in arrears, meaning you pay for services already rendered.

Payment Due: Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to JR Technology are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) deposits, partial payments, or full payments for services provided.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that once services are rendered, you waive any right to a refund.

4.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary content, access, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met. JR Technology is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client response or cooperation.

5.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

The client retains ownership of all original content and materials provided to JR Technology. JR Technology retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.

6.

Limitation of Liability

JR Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with no update need. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered will become immediately due. If service is between 30-day period services will be charged for days worked in accordance to the remaining month

8.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.

Modifications to Terms

JR Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
